How do reset Nokia 3650

I need to reset my Nokia 3650 to the original state without program that
I've install, clearing out everything. I've try resetting to factory default
but all program still remain.

Can someone please help me?

*#7370# should do a full format, make sure you've got a good charged
up battery!

Also remember to format the MMC so no programs or data remain there, if you
want a complete reset.
