Can anyone tell me if the 999 number can be blocked on an 3310 or a 6310 I
lock my keys but still find I sometimes dial this number if I leave my
phone in my pocket, is there anyway to block all the keys at once, or just
the 999 combination. (I know it's a safety feature but it's one I can do
without as I can always use an alternative)

You may know an alternative number such as 112, but not everyone does.

Chances are slim, but if something happened to you and you were unconcious
and your phone was the only means of contact with the Emergency Services and
the person who discovered you wasn't aware of an alternative, you could be
    in trouble.

Therefore, the answer to your question is no.

    Nick.

    In short, no.
If you want to block an incoming number then I think the nokia 2300 has got a number block feature.
