Nokia 6230 with MMC greater than 128MB ?

Has anyone use the Nokia 6230 with a MMC greater than 128MB ? Eg 512MB ?
Can it work with MMC > 128MB ?

someone has a 512 MB card and it works fine...the size is reported wrongly
but the capacity remains correct

What about formatting the card? I have a 128MB one and the phone
refuses to do it. Do I need a software update (currently version
3.15)?
