3650 & bluetooth

Hallo

I've just purchased an bluetooth device for my nokia 3650 it works fine
until i'll turn off and turn on computer again (After restart everything is
ok). Windows doesn't detect my usb bluetooth (red icon at the clock). I've
to diconnect it and connect it again to my usb.
drivers: WIDCOMM, Inc.
version: 1.4.2.8

Anyone out there that can advise me please.

I've had a similar problem, using Windows XP I realised that i had to
log in as Administrator to get the Bluetooth installed & working
properly, although the user i had been logged on as has Administrative
rights.
