Nokia 3650 - Transfer File via. IR

on my Nokia 3650, I can transfer a small text file to my Pocket PC
via. IR, but when I try to transfer from the PPC to the 3650, I fail.
Is there a way to make the 3650 accept a transfer?

It it's not the right format the phone will not accept it. Remember the
3650 isn't a PDA or a pocket PC it's a phone with a few bells & whistles....
