6230 or 7610?

I'm getting a new phone in next few days and have narrowed it down to 2 the
Nokia 6230 or the Nokia 7610!

I can't decide between them the 6230 has the appeal of an MP3 player but
have read a few poor reviews about build and sound quality?

The 7610 has the appeal of the 1meg camera, but can't find many independent
reviews yet?

Any suggestions or experiences?

But the 7610 also has a MP3 player.
Ok, in fact (I learned that from my previous reply to a different
thread), 7610 has a player that supports MP3, but also AAC (MPEG4
Audio). The quality is great. But if you are using handset to listen to
the music, you might be a bit disapointed.

Depends what you want to do with it. I've had both phones and much
rather preferred the 6230. It has a stereo MP3 player (7610 is only
mono), is smaller, lighter and has a much better keypad although the
screen is small in comparison to other moby's.

On the other hand the 7610 has a better camera and is Symbian driven
so you can install your own apps on there. The keypad however is truly
awful & the phone's a real moose to look at.

Neither has exceptional build quality and both are more than adequate
in the sound department. Try both and go for the one that suits your
needs.
