Does anyone know of any sites with documentation on delivering ringtones and
logo's etc via SMPP.

Google delivers scant returns and what little I have discovered is cursory
at best. Something about using UDH.

Also, any references to demo app's (with source code) using SMPP would be
greatly appreciated.
