    Hi all,

Choosing the "Go to" button on the front screen of my phone causes it to
    reset itself.

Also, trying to change the Right selection key does this.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers,
    Ian

My 6800 does the same thing when "play" is chosen when playing a
ringtone from the web. Customer service at AT&T says the phone needs
to replaced under warranty. But they want $15.00 for a two day turn
around on getting a new phone or waiting 10 days to get a new one. I
am hoping to find some type of fix instead of having to send it in.

I did indeed write that back in August. Any reply to add? :-)
