3650 Unlock

I have just got a new phone and I want to sell my 3650. Its on T-Mobile UK
and I want to sell it unlocked (makes it more sellable). Can someone tell me
how I can do this, (I know this question has been asked before - sorry!)

I have no data lead just bluetooth and IR, can a mobile shop do this for me
and if so how much do they charge
