As of the nature of midi and wave, i think that it is not a good idea at all
to try to convert wav to midi.
Because midi is just like a songbook, containing informations how to play an
    instrument.

The two are completely different things. WAVs and MP3s contain an actual
recording of a sound, and MIDI is a musical description protocol, a bit
    like sheet music.

Yes there are various programs attempting to do the above, but unless the
recording is of a single instrument, say just a piano(no vocals). The
    resulting MIDIs are completely useless.

So you can forget trying to convert that downloaded Christina Aguilera MP3
    to a MIDI. ;-)

Much more convenient way is to find corresponding MIDI tone, you wish
to upload. You can find sites with free MIDI's in 'Links' section of
    our website: http://www.oxygensoftware.co.uk/links/

Also, we can recommend to browse various GSM topsites. For example,
    here:

    http://www.topsitez.org/

Also we can suggest to have a look at Oxygen Phone Manager II (
http://www.opm-2.com/ )- great program for your phone management,
which enables to create new monophonic tones, color logos, manage your
phone's gallery, agenda, notes, phonebook and general settings.

If you have any questions and/or suggestions, concerning our
program, feel free to post them on our official forum
    http://www.opm-2.com/forum/
