On my Sony p800 and my t68i it shows the photo when the person calls in your
contact folder. My new Nokia 7610 is not showing the photo's when the person
    calls
I have placed the photos in my contacts folder. Is this function featured on
this phone or do I need to set it up?

Haven't got that model myself, but,

    1. Have you set the "memory in use" to be, "phone", or, "phone and sim", and
    NOT "sim card" only.
    2. Set the "contact view" to be, "name and image".

Just looked at these settings on my own 7600, so, figured they would be
    similar......

    OK....

The way i got to them was:

    Contacts
    Settings

Then: Memory In Use - Change it in there to "phone and sim"
Goto Contacts View in same area (i hope)

Sorry I wasn't more helpful 1st time....I am sure someone will give you an
exact answer, if there is one, soon!

    OK,

    Have just been to http://www.nokia.co.uk/nokia/0,,60045,00.html.
If you go to the Browse English online version, in the guides section, you
    will find this:

"To attach a small thumbnail image to a contact card, open a contact card,
select Options-> Edit and then select Options-> Add thumbnail. The thumbnail
image is also shown when the contact is calling you. After you attach a
thumbnail image to a contact card, you can select Add thumbnail to replace
the image with a different thumbnail or Remove thumbnail to remove the
    thumbnail from the contact card"

Sorry mate then, not sure what else to suggest :-<
Might be worth going into a mobile phone shop, and fingers crossed, meeting
someone in there who knows about your handset, and they maybe able to help
    you out....

    Good luck!

The selection of "phone memory" contacts is important, duplicate #s
    might be the problem.
