Hello, my beloved Nokia 6600 has a problem, the 2 button doesn't work at
all. I have it less then a year, and i got it off the o2 websie. I just
wanted to know if i take it to a nokia shop (like the one in meadowhall)
will they swap it for me? I don't want it sending away cos i can't collect
it again.
Any help appreciated

Swap it? You would have to be joking, they wouldn't even do that the
day after you bought it! Expect it to be away for at least a week for
repairs if you take it in.
What you might like to do is take the front and back covers off and lift
the keypad and wipe it with a cloth and then put it all back together.
If there is any dust under the keypad that will remove it and hopefully
solve the problem without the need for sending it away for repairs.

Oh, I don't advice trying to rip off the front covers,
they are not meant to be user removed..
