Download some unlock calculator on www.unlockme.co.uk and calculate the
codes. Nokia 7600 is a DCT4 phone, ASIC 7. Further all you need is the
IMEI of the phone and the network it's locked on.

From which network are you trying to unlock it from as unlocking is
not sufficient if its currently on 3 and you want to use it on a 2g
network

Crux's calc will unlock it (UselessInfo site in my sig under the extras
section), but bear in mind that if you're unlocking it from "3" you'll need
to have it factory reset to reveal the network mode menu or it'll have
trouble logging on to certain networks.
