I have a Nokia 6230 (an old one - version 3.15) and use the Phone Browser in
Nokia PC Suite 6.41 to transfer files between the phone and the computer.
I've recently switched from infrared to Bluetooth, but the speed increase is
not what I expected. I only get about 300kbps. The Content Copier is also
a bit sluggish to backup the phone, although clearly faster than it was with
infrared. I use a Belkin F8T001 Bluetooth USB adapter, with the native
Windows XP SP2 Bluetooth drivers and stack; I did not install Belkin's
software. Is this normal or can I do something to make it faster? TIA
