If you have a (registered and paid for) copy of Quicktime installed then you
can use that.
Load a 3GP file in Quicktime and from the File manu choose Export > Movie to
AVI.
You can set the various settings with the Options.

Head to www.eo-video.com and get the trial download of EOVideo.
It's fully functional for 30 days i think and will do the conversion
(hopefully!).
Once you have it installed you just need to add the 3GP filetype to it's
supported filetypes list.
Run EOVideo and select the File menu > Extension Manager.
Add 3GP to the Quicktime type-
Default is qt,mov,aif and you need to change it to qt,mov,aif,3gp otherwise
no 3GP files will show up to the EOVideo file browser.
(I've added RMVB filetype to the Real Media support too).
