is series 90 symbian compatible with series 60 and vise versa ?

These two platforms are different and, therefore, may not be fully
compatible. I.e., some applications, designed for Series 60 may not work on
Series 90 and most of applications, designed for Series 90 may not function
on Series 60 (as Series 60 devices have smaller screens, don't support
stylus etc.
