Download pics from phone to PC

I have a data cable for my phone but am a bit unsure as to getting the
pics from phone to PC.

The cable came with drivers which seem to have installed ok, but dont
know what to do next. Do I need to download softwhere in order to
download the pics, if so where from?

I cant seem to find anyway of getting the pics to my PC.

When I first plug the USB into the PC the first time after installing
the drivers, The PC said it had installed the new hardware, but I dont
know where to go from there.

Anybody able to help me?

I don't know what phone you have, but Nokia has software at their website
for that purpose. Check your phone brand website for software.

After I posted this I thought of checking out the nokia site (its a
3200) so I downloaded th suite from there, installed the software,
followed the instrutions, but when I got to the bit where it says
"connect the cable to the phone then to the computre, the program just
seems to freeze( just get an hour glass icon for ages). I have tried
removing and reinstalling, but no joy

Anybody shed any light?

Nokia's software is a gigantic application which tries to be too clever for
its own good sometimes. It's for preceisely teh above reason that I wrote
MobiMB!
