6230 Rattle

My 6230 when shaken front to back emits a rattling sound from inside, its
not the covers, battery or cards and it happens with the miss's 6230 as
well, this is only a problem when it is sat in its crable in the car as it
vibrates like mad. Anyone have a bit of an idea whats causing it?

Mine does the same thing. It is the on/off switch.

Yes, yes, yes! Mine does it as well, it is definitely the on/off switch. I
agree its only a pain when it is in the car kit.
