I would be grateful for advice on this. I have had a software crash caused by third
party applications, and some discussions that I have already had suggests that a hard
format of the phone might restore everything to default factory conditions and then I can
rebuild all of my data and applications. What is involved with this and directions to
get step by step instructions (a web link for instance) would be very helpful.
