    I unlocked it via internet by entering a code.All works well except it will
    only send pics via original service ..Orange..and not through new service
    O2.I have downloaded loads of settings from o2 and nokia site but will not
    work. Is there more unlocking to do??

    On my 3100, I have to manually select the settings - perhaps that's what is
    needed for your 6230?

    Thanks for reply but yes i now have a MMS setting for both orange and o2
    also for GPRS which i think is Wap not pictures?
    I select o2 then press the activate part of the screen so it shows o2 mms as
    the "active" setting.

    Frustrating arent they!!

    MMS messages are sent using GPRS so you have to have GPRS functional
    (the G appears in top corner of screen when available). I have an
    ex-O2 6280 with a T-Mobile PAYG SIM in that I have similarly
    downloaded settings to and activated but have never got the GPRS or
    MMS working on.
