Can't sync contacts to outlook with Nokia 9500 and PC Sync

I am able to synch the calendar with outlook from Nokia 9500
Communicator using the PC Sync software, but I am unable to sync the
contacts from the phone. Please note that there are around 2500
contacts on the phone.

Tried to re-install anew version of the sync software but didn't help.

The device is recognized by the PC and Software but I constantly get
the same error (the mobile phone has not responded) and:

Waiting for mobile phone to send data....

and

Opening Database

Any help would be much appreciated.

installed. In your case it is OPMAgent_Series80.sis ( you can find it in

established connection for Oxygen Phone Manager II for Symbian OS phones.
