Hi,
I have a Nokia 3220 and the CA-42 cable. I can synchronize between
Outlook and the phone, I can access the phone's image gallery and move
my pictures from the phone to the computer, but I CANNOT access my
messages. I get "the operation could not be completed".
How can I get my messages across? I do NOT want to use the backup
facility as it creates a single file which is of no use to me.
I recently uninstalled the driver and the software and reinstalled
Nokia_PC_Suite_66_rel_18_eng.exe
and it all appears to be working except for accessing the Inbox & My
Folders.
Also, on my computer I have a lot of messages appearing in the Inbox
which are no longer in my phone (they are from ages ago). How do I
clear these out (without upsetting the phone's memory)?

I had loads of problems with the same error message, this fixed it for me
Go to Start > Run then execute this command Regsvr32.exe
%Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll
Hope it helps

Re: operation could not be completed
Didn't work for me What version of OLE32.DLL should I have? Mine is
dated 26/07/2005 and is 1,285,120 bytes in size.
