    I need to go to a nokia servicecenter

    This question is MANY TIMES asked and explained in this newsgroup . . .

    *#0000# in the stby-screen gives you the software-version . . .

    NO: you CAN'T do the update yourself; this has to be done at a Nokia Service
    Point . . .

    The actual version of the 6670 is: v6.0522.0

    My firmware:
    Nokia 6600 -> v5.27.0 (28-06-04)
    Nokia 6680 -> v5.04.07 (15-02-06)
    Nokia N70-1 -> v5.0609.2.0.1 (01-03-06)

    Well EXCUSE ME for not having looked at this newsgroup before. And for
    having a ISP that only keeps track of this group like 1 week back. If my
    question is annoying, please don´t answer it!!

    no one is moaning, but google groups would be the first port of call for
    something like that. And we could have asked you not to top post, but we
    did'nt
