Nokia sim unlocker

I found this nice litle nokia sim lock code breaker..
Its attached - Enjoy!

SmartCalc Standard is the world premier mobile phone
unlocking software! There is no other software which can
unlock as many mobile phones withoutthe need for any other
hardware or cables.

The phones are unlocked by codes given by SmartCalc and
typed intothe mobile phones key, this in turn unlocks the
phone to any simcard on anynetwork

There are many reasons why you would want to do this but the
main reasonsare you wish to use another networks simcard in
the mobile for what ever reason, or you wish to sell the
mobile and would find it easier to sell if thephone were
unlocked to any network which would expand the potential
buyers of your phone from 1 networks users to many networks
users all overthe world!

It seems to need 'nokia.dll' which isn't supplied.
