is there anyway i can have cell phone calls forwarded from a norkia 3360
to a motorolla v188?

The models of phone is totally irrelevant when it comes to forwarding.
It is the phone numbers that they are using that are diverted.

Best to contact your service provider to ask for details on how to use
call forward.
