Strange Problem

Hi all,
Uses: Nokia 3100;

There is this strange problem on my phone, where when ever I Selected
the "GoTo" option in the main menu of the phone, the phone restarts
itself. I dont know how this happens, but it is really annoying. All
other service are working fine, except this problem. While surfing the
net via my phone, I found that this problem is common on certain phones
as well such as 6610i..etc. Do you all have this problem with your
phone? what is the solution for this and why this happens?

Get the mobile software reinstalled.
