Hi,

I installed the latest firmware on my phone. Now my troubles with the
(nokia) carkit are back: a "clicking sound" when the unit is activated
by the phone.
Called Nokia Care. At first they wanted me to bring my phone to a
service point for upgrading the firmware (huh? don't they know their
own products?), when I explained it is a Symbian phone and I can do
that myself they asked me to reinstall this version (look like MS
Windows solution ...), I did with no luck.
THEN they asked second line and yes: "no need to take my phone to a
service point, it IS a firmware fault".
