Can anyone tell me what I have to do to play movies on my nokia 6300?

I have loads of movies for the psp that are in mp4 format and thought that
my phone aso supported this format but when I atempt to play them it comes
up with file type not supported.

Anyone know what software I could use to change the file format to a
supported type.

The phone is using a 2gb micro sd card o I have plenty of space
