Transfer numbers from N70 to N73

My new upgrade phone arrives soon, what's the best way to transfer my
numbers across? My numbers are stored on the phone and not the SIM card
as I used the multiple number under one name as is standard on symbian
phones.

Check out menu > tools > transfer on the N73, this transfers contacts
etc. between Nokia phones via bluetooth or infrared, should transfer
from N70 OK.

I've told you I don't know how many times before, I'm NOT using oxygen.
