Hallo
I don't know how, but I can't ear anything on my phone (Nokia 6070). I think
the small icon in the center of the screen says me something (like an audio
device) but I don't know what.

Please, how can I turn it off ?
Thanks
(sorry, I don't speak very well english)

Try removing the battery, wait 5 minutes, replace the battery and restart
the phone.
Sounds like the software crashed.

Hallo
Thank you for your response.
I tryed your clue. 5 Minutes after, I put the battery on and restart the
phone. It asked me for the date and the time, then it started. But always
with the same problem.

You're in headset mode, for some strange reason.
Try plugging in your headset then unplugging it.
I'm not familiar with this phone, however, try to set your 'profile'
back to 'normal'... this is usually accessed easily by pressing the
on/off button momentarily if your model has this button.

That proves it's not the software. The phone is toast. Call Nokia and
return it to their repair station. A friend of mine just broke his N800
touchscreen and sent it to the nearest service station in the USA. They
had it back in his hands in 4 days...all fixed with a new touchscreen!
I'm sure there is a repair station in France nearby that will repair yours.

It's annoying because I'm not sure it's under guarantee (I have it since 2
years)

Yes, there is one few kilometers near my home. I will go this week to ask
them.
Thank you.

Hallo
Thank you. I tryed this, no result.
I also reset to the default setting, no more.
I read the manual and I don't see anything about setting the headset mode.
When you put the headset, it turn automaticly in headset mode, and when you
remove it, it turn in "normal' mode. I also cleaned the plug, no more.
This week, I'll try to go to the nokia store to ask them what they're
thinking about. (I'll tell you the answer).

Be very sweet and beg them nicely and they may just fix it for you...

;-)
I went wednesday not to the Nokia's repair store, but on my operator's store
(Orange). I seen a youg woman, she examined my phone and she said me my
phone isn't on garantee and I'll be more cheaper for me to change it (and
continue my subscription for a couple of years).
So, I'm sorry but I haven't the answer to the "bug" and I'll choose to
change my phone. (I don't know if I can do the the same thing with my car
?...) ;-)
