Hi I have just brought a Nokia 2730, it seems impossible to remove the back without a sledge hammer, any ideas?

The phone manual doesn't help? Most Nokia phones have slide open covers,
there maybe a push button on the back at the bottom to keep pressed
while you slide it off.

Thanks, I now have it open, it just required brute force, I was not happy
about doing that with a new phone, so I took it back to the dealer who
nearly broke his fingers.
