copy contacts via IR

Hi all,

my girlfriend has an hold Nokia 6070 (!!!) and we need to copy all her
contacts.

No WiFi.
No bluetooth.
No (working) USB cable.

IRDA?

Can I use a Macbook in order to get data via IRDA from the phone?

Buy at the pound shop.

Might need iRDA dongle and mine would not work with XP :-((
