Stopping increase in ringing volume on 8310

On my Orange 8310 (version 5.54) the ringing volume starts off a bit
quieter and then builds up to its full volume. Is this true on other
people's 8310s?

I am using RINGING for "Incoming Call Alert" and not ACCENDING.

Is there any way I can set my 8310 to be at full volume for the whole
time it is ringing?

Does it have an Outdoor profile? This works for the Nokia 6340i in the US.
While in the Outdoor profile, the ring starts at full volume. Just a
thought...

The Outdoor profile is just the same as several of the other profiles
and it starts quieter then builds up.

I wonder if UK 8310s are different. Or maybe just the one's from
orange are different.
