HELP! PC SUITE / nokia 3650 / Pc suite doesnt detect my mrouter connection WHY?

Hi, I have used pc suite in the past in like 3 different computers,
including my desktop at home, now with this new laptop it refuses to
work. Here is what happens:

I manage to establish mrouter connection (the green and blud plugs
icon is up) then when I load pc suite it still shows up the annoying
message:

This is the first time you have used PC Suite
Please attach your Nokia 3650 to the PC and press OK to continue, or
press close to exit PC Suite.

I press OK, and it doesn't work... over and over again, after 3
uninstalls and multiple tries I am desperate here... no forum has this
strange behavior, most of the people have problem stablishing the
mrouter connnection this is not my problems since the connection is
there, whats weird is, that the PC Suite doesnt detect it!!! HELP!!!!

I had that, Double check you have paired and got a working connection via
serial BT.

When you have the mrouter icon showing a connection and you right click on
it and select "change device", what does it show under "known devices"?
