I've spent six hundred pounds on a Nokia 9210i and cannot even speak
to Nokia unless I join some "Club" or pay a small fortune for premium
rate support.
What sort of company is this?

You can't send Nokia an e-mail? I do it all the time. That's stupid that
someone in England can't send a message, but someone In the USA can.

No, I have a cracked screen on a 9210i and I just want to know the
address of Nokia's outsourced repairers.

Any Nokia Service Centre should be able to help you with this.
