Can anyone tell me how to register the top-up card to the SIM as I keep
getting failures when trying to use it to put £10 on.
It's not relating the phone to the card.
I call 150 and I cannot find any option to register it, nor on their
confusing website.
I don't think I am that dim in areas here either, well not usually anyway.
With O2 it is soooo easy. You just use the voucher and card is activated.
Not T-Mobile tho.
I only want £10 as it is a secondary phone for a few friends.

on the phone system theres an option to register the top up card theres a
leaflet that tells you how to as well..
cant remember if its number 2 option

Found it eventually. Straightaway this time, there is tucked away an
option to register your card to the phone.
You just have to press the right buttons - a bit like sex really.

2, 1, 3, 3 and 2.
T-Mobile currently don't support viewing your balance on screen, however in
order to hear your balance please dial 150 from your mobile phone.
