I think you mean a 7250i. To check type in *#0000#
The latest (and only) version is:
V3.22 23-06-03
From my time of owning a 7250i I only spotted one bug, which was in
the gallery.
Hope this helps,
Chris

Well, I believe that I've found what the problem is with the bug you mention-
If you set your 7250i's wallpaper to an image with a filename which begins
with a lower-case letter eg. rob.jpg instead of Rob.jpg, then this bug is
active after the next time your re-power the phone (with this image
set as your wallpaper). Try and change the wallpaper now via the
"Gallery" menu, and voila - your phone either crashes and powers off,
or the light goes off and your returned to your dark main menu... and still
no wallpaper set... ->
I've managed to re-create this bug on my girlfriend's 7250i too, as well
as mine. I've now renamed my image file to start with an upper-case letter!
- and it's now working all ok via the gallery menu...
Cheers,
Rob

Re: Checking Firmware
Correction, the bug has resurfaced, and his happening randomly here
again, and I've got no images at all that start with the first letter
of the filename being in lowercase!
