    Is there a way to transfer texts from a 8310 to a 7250i. I've just bought a
7250i and when i move my simcard over only a few text messages are on the
sim. I saved these to the archive and then deleted them from the sim
expecting the remaining messages to then save on the sim when i replaced it
in the original phone but this didn't happen, they stayed in the phone
memory. Is there a way of making them save on the sim as opposed to on the
phone? I really want to move them accross but not by having to forward them.

Any help would be very greatfully received!!

Nokia content copier. Probably on the CD which you got ith the 7250.

It will also transfer your profiles, calendar notes, phonebook, etc.

I didn't get a CD with it? But this sounds amazing, is there any other way
    of getting hold of it?

Did you buy it new? You should have got one. Most nokias with more than the
basic functions come with a CD, even my old 6210 did.

It might be part of Nokia data suite, hich I believe you can get from:
    www.nokia.com

I'm sure someone else can confirm.

more likely that the texts are saved on the fone like when ur in phone
book u can change the setting to saving numbers onto your fone and not
the sim, look though the fone by changin it to fone and not sim in
phone book, that could maybe change it round for u to then save them
on the sim, bobs your uncle!! if not then i couldnt help anymore

    anyways hope it helps

    I didn't get a CD with my 7110, 8310, 7210, or 7250. All purchased new.

Download PC suite from here (v5.16, 19.86MB):

I'm surprised about that. No CD with the 7210, but I got one with my 6610, which
    is essentially the same phone.

Maybe it depends on the country? I'm in the Philippines.

Did you check in the manual to see if you should have got one? I can't believe
the 7250 ships without software, when a simple phone like 6100 does.

    Anybody got a 6100 and didn't get a CD?
