I used a DAU-9P data cable and 6210 (with bundled pc suite) on a Win98
    system quite happily.

I've since upgraded to WIN2k and got myself a shiny new 6310i but boo hoo I
can't connect the phone to the pc with the bundled software.
    (can't even connect the 6210)

I thought it might be the cable so I bought one of them f-m bus cables of
t'internet and still no joy with bundled software.

Downloaded trial version of logomanager and phone connects straight away.

I don't want to use the phone as a modem I just want to be able to access
phone book and messages more easily on the PC

So my question is this possible using current kit?
Could my comms ports be set up wrong (default settings)

    TIA

    Chris

You need a DLR3 cable for the 6310, the cable is fbus only and you really
need the original Nokia one to make it work.
