problema Grave ... help!!

ciao a tutti... all'improvviso il nokia 8310 mi si è bloccato e quando ho
cercato di accenderlo mi dice: il telefono ha delle restrizioni... inserire
codice restrizione.... potete aiutarmi..... cosa devo fare???
