having purchased a nokia 6610 on O2 at the end of July with a bolt on of 100
texts, I am now discusted to find out that my texts to the rep. of ireland
are now being charged at 14 pence each and not part of my bundle.
I have not recieved any info as to the tariff change, and when I started the
contract I got the manager of the carphone warehouse to phone O2 and ask if
international texts were included and was told YES.
I was not informed of any future changes, and after speaking to O2 they say
that there is no record of the phone conversation.
Has anyone else had a similar problem, if so have you managed to sort it
out!!!!
