Here is my problem...
I have an N-Gage. I have a game for the N-Gage. I do not yet have a
MMC for my N-Gage. I want to load a couple of Java games that I have on
my computer onto my N-Gage, BUT I have no idea how to do so. I do not
have Bluetooth on my computer. I only have the USB connection.
Is there any way that I can load these games onto my phone without
bluetooth or an MMC?

If you have the "Flo" game MMC that comes with the n-gage installed, you
should see it as a "Removable drive" when you connect the USB between the
n-gage and the PC. You should be able to transfer small Java games (.jar and
..sis) to the MMC this way. You might also download "FExplorer" while you are
at it so you can move the game off of the MMC if necessary. Get it from
www.gosymbian.com. There isn't much room on the "Flo" MMC, and I haven't
tried reformatting it so I don't know if that is possible.
Use the "App manager" under Menu-> Tools to install and set up the games you
download

PC Suite only work with bluetooth
and USB only work with MMC installed
You can't access the Phone's built-in memory with USB
actually, the only way I know to install java game is through PC suite.
when you install a MMC you have to format it so the game deck can use it,
which is nothing special, it's just adding several folders, I've tried
putting java
game installation files into all of the folders and the application
installer wouldn't
read any of them, but same java installer would work if I transfer it with
bluetooth

How much is a bluetooth "thing" (card, driver, whatever it is called)
for a PC, by comparison to, say, the cost of an N-Gage game (just for a
comparison point) and are they easy to get? (I am in Australia, if that
helps...)
