Oxygen Phone 2.1.7 help

Hey,
I just plugged my phone in (nokia 8310) loaded up oxygen and
the alias is in red and wont let me write any info to the phone. This
is odd and has never happened before.

Any ideas whats happening?

re input your key or send request for new key

no its not that its saying i have no connection. "serial port does not
exsist" i'll reinstall everything and see
