For porting, that's true. But Sprint PCS, for example,=20
allows a customer to keep a phone number no matter where=20
they move unless they specifically ask to change their area=20
code. So a SPCS customer who joined in, say, Houston,=20
moved four times while a customer with us, and is now in,=20
say, Chicago, *could* still have their original Houston=20
number. But it could not port to another carrier now that=20
he's in Chicago.
