How to find out when the contract ends?

Folks,

I had signed a one year contract on a retention deal. How do I find out when
it ends? I could not get info from the web site, do I have to call CS?

Call *2 and ask. Better to try that before asking here for just about any
question related to your service.

I'd suggest going to a SprintPCS company store where they can print it out for
you.
