Old usenet posts tend to imply that holidays don't exist as far as
off-peak billing goes. Is this indeed the case? There will still be
peak hours at 7:01AM this morning?

Nope. Only nights and weekends. No holiday minutes.

None ever at SprintPCS. With other carriers 6 or more major holidays every year
count as weekend minutes. Not SprintPCS.
Just dial *2 and say to Claire "Holiday Minutes". It's like SprintPCS is proud
of it.
