Good Hands Free For Car

I spend a considerable amount of time in my car and am looking for
some kind of hands free device for my Samsung N400 using SprintPCS
that will turn it into a high grade speakerphone in my car. I hate
headsets and am looking essentially for enhanced speakerphone
capabilities then the N400 currently offers in the car. The built in
speaker phone is junk as far as I am concerned. It needs to have a
good mic, speaker and if possible voice activated answering and
calling. I would consider upgrading my phone if needed.

Sprint sells and I'm sure that it's available elsewhere a headset
speaker setup that works pretty well. It plugs into the phone's
headset jack and has a boom microphone that extends into your
peripheral vision on the right side of your face. The speaker is
behind your left ear, attached to your headrest. I don't know the SKU
for it though.
