Hi all,

I recently subscribed to Working Assets Wireless, which offers an LG 1200
with their (repackaged) Sprint PCS service. I've read some anti-LG 1200
postings in this NG but I have a specific question about this phone. I've
had the phone about one week and *like* the no-frills phone so far. However,
there seems to be a problem when I power up the phone: I press the power
button and nothing happens until I close the clamshell, at which point the
red light goes on, indicating that it's powering up. This is a hassle but it
only happens occasionally.

Have other people encountered this problem and is it worth returning the
phone for another one, or do they basically all do that?
