Hi, I just bought the SnapSync software for my Sanyo 4500 phone
but it's outdated and when trying to download the updates, it asks
me to send by MAIL my request for an update, does anyone have
the latest update or at least the file san5500.dll or san8100.dll
(this under the programs directory) that I can download ?

It seems dumb to wait like a couple of weeks just to get an
    update

I sent them an email *****ing about the very same thing and this is
    what they said:

Unfortunately in order to update SnapMedia, we must update it's exe
file. And unfortunately we are not allowed to post that file on our
website, hence why we require to mail out the software.

    Thanks,

The only reason for them to do this is because of a weak attempt to
stop piracy. So to protect them from someone just getting a copy - we
the legit user must suffer. I might as well use the pirated version
because I purchased this thing to use today not two weeks from now +
    shipping.

It's actually there on the website, you just have to poke around a
little, and enter your registration number.

Follow the "click here" to download. (I guess you'll need your serial
    number, too).

Do that *and* send the snail mail request, sounds like they're sending
you an updated version of the program.
