I will miss you Sprint. Quite a while ago I got the 300 minutes for 30
dollar a month plan.. Now MY phone is gone. I can not qualify for the 18
month option because my plan is fewer than 35 dollars so I either pay full
price for a phone or have no phone. I was so loyal bye

Everyone should decide their own priorities for themselves.
But if you're so certain you'll miss Sprint, you probably will.
Bye. Hope we'll see you again, though.

Well, there are other sources for phones, like on eBay ...

I have that plan and have had it for years. I just got the 8pm loyalty
deal recently. I went to that site that tells you when your 18 months is
up so that you qualify for an upgrade. The site reported that in June I
    will qualify.

So does this mean I will not qualify for the phone upgrade at my 18 month
time even though the site states that I do?

Actually, the site says you are not eligible, as your plan has to be at
least $35/mo. It also says that if you get a Vision phone, you have to sign
up for Vision services as well.

I found some phones at Costco. Not many but some. I just think it is wrong
    for Sprint to do this

I don't. They aren't making much if any revenue on these folks and now you
SPCS to basically refund them 5 months worth of service? There are plenty of
sources to get phones at lower prices than directly from SPCS. SPCS has
never said they were the cheapest on the price of their phones.

Any other souces for new phones?

BestBuy, Costco, and a number of other outlets. SPCS phones are also
available new and used through eBay.

I did have vision for a short while but didn't use it enough so I
cancelled it. My phone is working fine so hopefully I won't need one for
awhile. Well I guess when it does die I will be shelling out another $150+
for a phone or scouring around for any deal I can find(rebates what have
    you). No big deal.

    Thanks for the information Bob.

    Bob,

Which site are you referring to? I want to see when and if I'll be
    eligible for the upgrade.
